A commercial laboratory is seeking a Data Analyst / System Administrator to join their team. The role is pivotal in updating and maintaining company data across various systems, ensuring data accuracy, and providing critical data support to internal departments and clients. The Data Analyst / System Administrator will be working closely with the Customer Care Manager and Sales Managers. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing and managing customer setups and data entries; ensuring data accuracy and completeness across synchronized systems (LabWare LIMS, Salesforce, PandaDoc; troubleshooting data integration issues and escalating as necessary; assisting with data-related projects, including method changes, pricing updates, and realignments; coordinating the implementation and maintenance of the PandaDocs project; developing and implementing data dashboards to enhance decision-making processes; investigating and resolving data-related customer complaints; creating and updating customized Sample Analysis Request Forms (SARFs) in collaboration with the marketing team; maintaining and updating product specifications and price lists on LIMS/Nutria; handling invoicing; and supporting corporate quality and continuous improvement processes. |
Key Requirements: |
The ideal candidate should have broad knowledge of personal computer software and the skills to input, extract, and analyse data into/from LIMS, Salesforce, and PandaDoc. Technical Computer acumen is required to identify and troubleshoot data integration issues that may occur between synchronised systems. A Degree or Diploma in Microbiology, Chemistry, or Biotechnology as well as previous experience in Customer Care and Sales would be advantageous. |
