An FMCG company that imports and distributes a range of products is seeking a Food Technologist to join their team. The ideal candidate should be a team player who will thrive in the company’s exciting and fast paced environment. They will provide technical support to the NPD team where they will assist with new product launches and range management through quality control, artwork approval and all other technical competencies that are required to ensure brand integrity and food safety. They will also work closely with our international and local supply base and customers. |
| Key Requirements: |
A diploma or degree in Food Technology or Food Science and a minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. The idea candidate should have relevant retail industry knowledge and a good understanding of technical processes and principles. Experience with South African labelling legislation and artwork sign off will be advantageous. |
