A supplier of laboratory equipment and consumables is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join their team. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, understanding customer needs and requirements; understanding company services; generating quotations; quote follow ups; lead generations; customer complaint resolution; good understanding of the sales process; processing and tracking orders; effective communication skills and telephone etiquette; ability to work within a team, building relationships with the sales team and other departments; sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails; improving sales skills to increase sales success rate; managing the sales inbox; and completing tender documents. |
| Key Requirements: |
Science degree or diploma and 3–5 years’ experience within a scientific/laboratory environment. Previous data capturing or Internal Sales experience will be beneficial. |
