A supplier of food service equipment is seeking a Key Accounts Manager to join their team. The Key Accounts Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing the company’s relationships with key clients. The primary responsibility if the Key Account Manager will be to serve as a single point of contact for these clients, ensuring their needs are met and that their satisfaction remains high. Responsibilities will include managing and expanding the accounts through sales, technical support, and spare parts services. A consultative and assertive approach to business will be crucial in achieving success. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, client relationship management; account growth and retention, including developing account growth strategies in collaboration with the sales team and engineering department and ensuring client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and key deliverables; production order delivery and business development, including leveraging your understanding of the client’s needs to tailor solutions effectively; technical support and spare parts orders; consultation, including providing expert advice and solutions based on the client’s specific needs, being proactive in anticipating the client’s requirements and finding solutions; and reporting to management and analysis of account performance metrics, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions, analysing account performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, and preparing regular reports for management. |
