An analytical testing laboratory is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their team. The Senior Account Manager will form part of the Business Development team, report to the Head of Client Relations, and be responsible for managing a portfolio of high value clients, acquiring new clients, generating revenue, acting as a brand ambassador and generating client experience through all client interactions, providing excellent client service, and sales administration. The duties will include, but are not limited to, general client relationship management; general client services, including providing product knowledge, technical support, and responding timeously to queries and complaints; portfolio management, including client engagement, focused sales and marketing campaigns and programs, leads, prospects, and pipeline, as well as onboarding new clients; and sales administration, including internal reports and ad hoc tasks. |
